The SigRealm (TSR) is a pioneer in the online graphics community and one of the first forum/site of its kind. Centered around (but not limited to) the online gaming community, TSR seeks to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas, the display of work, and the opportunity to develop talent and skill through competition. To maintain this community environment, there are a few rules to be followed:

Graphics
"Ripping" is strictly prohibited. Ripping is the use of another person's art in your sig/graphics and using it as your own. Anyone caught ripping will be banned.

An accusation of ripping without proof is prohibited. If you suspect a rip, contact a moderator or administrator via private message. Do not post accusations in the general public forums. If you use another person's art or tutorial you are required to give credit.

The use of pornography, sexual and racial content, or the promotion of drug use or gambling is prohibited in any graphics or written content in this forum.

There is a maximum of 5 images per sig line.

Moderators make the determination of what is appropriate and what is not, their decision is final. They may ask you to edit your posts or art. You are required to do this in a timely manner.
 

General Rules
The decisions of the Administrators, Moderators, Department Heads and Judges are final. An appeal can be made to any administrator in certain cases. At all times, TSR reserves the right to change or modify the content in which it owns and hosts.

TSR reserves the right to change or add rules as they see fit.

TSR is a privately-owned, volunteer service which is open to anyone wanting to abide by the rules. It is not a paid service or business and is subject to the direction of the owners and their agents. Since TSR is privately-owned there are no rights here, only privileges given by the owners and the agents of the owners.

The entire content of TSR (SigRealm.com) is copyrighted by the owner and sole ownership is retained. No part, written or graphic can be copied without the express permission of the owner.
 

Conduct
No abuse is tolerated. Staff and members are expected to conduct themselves civilly and maturely. Flaming is prohibited. Abusive and vulgar language directed at any one person is prohibited. Conflicts and issues should be left to other forums or instant messaging.

The display of personal information, photographs, art or instant message conversations without the other participant’s permission is prohibited.

At TSR we critique other artist's work. This is to be done constructively and with good manners. Honest opinions are welcomed.

In certain forums/threads within SigReam there are rules set forth for competitions and/or conduct which must be followed. Read the rules for those forums.

Any attempt to use this forum to hack members and/or the hacking of this forum/site will be prosecuted. Personal vendettas/issues/problems are not tolerated. This is a written forum and you have the opportunity to consider what you are writing before you post/send it. Use that opportunity wisely and maturely.
